**Jinx will be attending our cat and kitten adoption day at the Southside Petsmart location (3289 Calgary Trail) this Saturday, July 31 between 10 am and 2 pm. Please come down and meet her!** Jinx is a beautiful purebred manx cat (she has no tail). She is a dilute torti with white and she is short haired. She is a lovely, sweet cat that loves people and attention. Jinx is the nicest cat I have ever fostered and I have fostered a lot of cats. She is outgoing and adjusts well to new situations. Jinx is a love muffin and she will curl up on your lap for cuddles. She has striking green eyes and she especially likes to look up into your eyes. Her gaze seems to communicate pure happiness that you are around. Poor Jinx has been surrendered by her original owner (moving) and been through two failed adoptions (allergies then a resident cat that would just not tolerate Jinx) in the past year and a half through absolutely no fault of her own. At this point, she really deserves a forever home where she will be the top priority. Jinx has lived with other friendly dogs and cats in the past with no problems, but this time she is looking for an uncomplicated home where she can just be near the people she loves. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body. Jinx is spayed, microchipped and tattooed. She loves to play with string and toys and she needs lots of play and exercise to help her lose a few pounds. Please consider adopting Jinx if you can offer a devoted, loving, indoor only home!

**Kiki will be attending our cat and kitten adoption day at the Southside Petsmart location (3289 Calgary Trail) this Saturday, July 31 between 10 am and 2 pm. Please come down and meet her!** Kiki turned up in the yard of a NASAP volunteer in May 2009. It was quickly determined that she was pregnant and she gave birth to 5 healthy kittens on June 14 of last year. Kiki was a wonderful mother and all her babies grew up big and strong. All of her kittens have been adopted now, but Kiki has been waiting patiently for over a year for her own forever home. Kiki is a lovely, independent yet affectionate little cat. She is happy sleeping in the sun or laying beside you on the couch. She would do just fine in an apartment or condo home. She gets along very well with other friendly cats after a proper introduction. Kiki has a tiny unique black spot right on her nose, which we think makes her look very supermodel-esque! Kiki has been spayed, vaccinated, tattooed and microchipped. Please inquire about adopting Kiki!

**Dora will be attending our cat and kitten adoption day at the Southside Petsmart location (3289 Calgary Trail) this Saturday, July 31 between 10 am and 2 pm. Please come down and meet her!** When she came into care Dora was so petite that we thought she was a six-month old kitten. She has gained weight and much of her fur that was missing due to malnutrition and scratching from untreated earmites has grown back soft and shiny. She is a very sweet and quiet cat that softly purrs all the time. She wants to be close to her humans and will follow you around the house as you go about your business; if you are sitting down, she may even attempt to groom you! Dora is extremely good using her scratching posts and she hardly sheds. One thing that is a must - Dora has to go to a home where she is the only cat. She has not been around dogs so we aren't sure how she will get along with them. Dora has been spayed, is completely healthy and is all ready to go to her new home. Please inquire about adopting Dora!

**Please help us find Marmalade! Marmalade escaped out a window screen of his Sherwood Park foster home on July 15, 2010. He was last seen near Starling Drive and Granada Boulevard. Marmalade is a big, very shy solid orange male cat that turned up at the pound. He is approximately 2-3 years old and has short hair. He has been neutered. Marmalade requires a special diet for urinary tract health. Please call (780) 922-0250 or email NASAP (cats@nasap.ca) immediately if you see or find Marmalade. Percy is an approximately 2 year old male orange tabby cat that loves his food as much as Garfield! Percy is a talkative, big gentle fluff ball who doesn't have a mean bone in his body and loves to cuddle. He is looking for a quiet, mature home where he is the only animal and will receive lots of love and affection. Percy will make some lucky person a wonderful friend.
