Jude is an orange and cream-coloured 2-year old male with big beautiful blue eyes. It seems he hasn't had much contact with people recently and therefore was very stressed and scared when brought to his new foster home. But, with a steady dose of snuggling every evening that comes with plenty of brushing and petting; he has made great improvements and expresses his contentment by purring and kneading his new foster Mom. He's learned to use his litter box and scratching post and is becoming playful as he get's comfortable in his new surroundings. It's still early days with Jude and he is still very cautious around people and sensitive to every sound around him but it appears that Jude will be a gentle, loving addition to a permanent home.

Patches is a beautiful calico spayed female cat. She is 5 and a half years old. I have been fostering her for over a week now and I feel like changing her name to Angel. She is the sweetest cat. She is very gentle and loving and purrs all the time. She loves playing with her toys and looking out the window watching all the activity out doors. She follows me around just waiting for me to sit down so she can lay on my lap. She likes to sleep on the bed at night. Patches is a bit of a picky eater. She will not eat any wet cat food or cat treats. She enjoys kibble only and occasionally will eat a bit of tuna. She is a petite cat. Patches is looking for a home where she will be the only cat. She is not fond of other cats but she is fine with dogs as long as they are not hyper. She would not do well with a puppy. If you are looking for a new best friend (four legged) and have no other cats please inquire on Patches.

Gemma is a young mother cat that was living on the streets. During the summer of 2010, she was raising four kittens on her own. Two caring and dedicated ladies worked very hard to gain the trust of the small family. They cared for all of them until they could come to NASAP. Gemma loves her new indoor-only lifestyle. She loves to play with her toys and string and she just LOVES to eat. She is a talkative lady that is very expressive. She has already been spayed. Gemma will require an adult only home (now and in the future) with patient people that will allow her to settle in and blossom at her own pace. She is the type of cat that likes to be near you without bothering you. She appreciates and enjoys gentle petting from people that she knows and trusts. We think that she would be able to companion other friendly and calm animals after a proper introduction. Please inquire about adopting Gemma.

I am a beautiful young black and white tuxedo with unique markings. I came from the pound with my sister, Turvey, whom I love very much. I am a timid little kitty but I have made great progress since coming into NASAP's care. I like meeting new people that are kind and patient with me. I use my litterbox diligently and I like to sit in the window and watch the activity outside. I'm also keen on breakfast since I am a growing young lady. Turvey is more outgoing than I am and she is showing me that people are fun. I would love to continue to learn from my sister's example in our new forever home. Please consider adopting my with my sister if you are looking for two beautiful and sweet young cats! We would be able to companion other friendly and quiet cats and/or dogs in our new home.

Like my sister Topsy, I am a beautiful young lady with pretty tabby and white markings. I love to hang out and snuggle with Topsy, but I have also realized that my foster mom is lots of fun too and I like to be held and petted, even though I'm a bit shy at first. I love meal time as I am growing quickly and will soon be a stunning, full grown cat. I use my litterbox diligently and like to come for pets when I see my foster mom coming. Consider adopting me with my sister Topsy if you are looking for two beautiful young cats! We would be able to companion other friendly and quiet cats and/or dogs in our new home.
