Adopt Me

Daisy and Bear came into foster care together and are the absolute best of buddies!  They would like to be adopted together into their forever home.  They are sensitive cats and their new owner will need to have  time and patience while they get adjusted to their new home.  Their forever home needs to be a mature, adult-only home that has routine and structure so that they can settle in and enjoy life without worrying too much about too many new changes and/or unexpected surprises!  A home with mild-mannered, gentle, older animals (dogs or cats) would be ok, otherwise they would be quite content being the only furry friends in the house!

The initial adjustment period may take some time, but it is well worth it because these two are both incredibly sweet and very, very loving cats.  Once they are comfortable in their new home, Daisy and Bear will play together often - wrestling and tag are two of their favorite games.  Once they are all tuckered out, they will usually settle in together for a quiet buddy-grooming session (Daisy is usually on the receiving end of this!) and sometimes will even fall asleep together like kittens!

Individually, Daisy is fairly laid back and loves to nap and window watch...unless you are laying on the couch or sitting around somewhere, in which case she really likes to just be with you.  She doesn't require a whole lot of petting (although she will take it if you want to give it!); she just seems to love touching, sitting on, or just being physically close to you.  She does like to play with her favorite toys in the evening and will do ANYTHING for Temptations cat treats!

Bear is the more timid of the two, although once he is comfortable in the situation, he is also the one who will stir up some trouble!  He loves to play with Daisy and will usually be the instigator of their games.  He is incredibly affectionate and loves to cuddle and be petted.

Both cats have recently had complete physical exams and dental cleanings, and both are in excellent physical health.

Adopt Me

Jazz is an approximately 2 year old neutered male cat looking for his forever home.  He is very affectionate and cuddly and he loves to play.  He is very handsome and likes to give hugs when he snuggles. He definitely loves to lounge on any available human lap. Jazz must be adopted into a home where he will be the only pet as he does not care for other cats or dogs. He is much more comfortable and happier when he has you all to himself! Please inquire about adopting Jazz!

Adopt Me

Aris has been with us since September, waiting for her forever home. She came as quite a shy girl but has really blossomed into a wonderful companion. If an affectionate but independant cat is what you're looking for then Aris is the girl for you. She sleeps off on her own, no desire to share your bed but as soon as she hears you up then she comes to visit. Aris loves to sit up on the bathroom counter or curl up in the sink and keep you company as you get ready for work. When you come home she greets you at the door. She is a chatty girl and will have quite the "conversation" with you in the morning especially. Aris is playful and loves to chase small toys that make noise. The laser pointer is another favorite and she can hear you pick it up from anywhere in the house! Aris will snuggle up on your lap for short periods of time but then is happy to move to her own chair and keep an eye on things from there. She quite likes feet for some reason and will gently grab you by the ankles and bat you with her back feet. Aris was initially not sure of the dog but now follows her around the house and sneaks up on her when she is asleep to tickle her ears and feet until the chase begins! It didn't take her long to figure out when the dog gets treats so does she. She also got along well with another foster cat we had in our home after several days to sort out who was boss. Aris's fur is very soft and long and does need regular brushing to prevent matting and she will let you trim her nails too. If you think Aris sounds like a good fit for your home please come to meet her.

Adopt Me

Hey everyone! My name is Potter. I am a beautiful black and grey tabby who is about 5 years old and I would love to have a forever home. My foster family says I am the best behaved housecat they have had. Not once have they caught me on the tables or counters, and I am very quiet in the house. I am not effusively affectionate, but when I do want a cuddle, I'll come to you. Even when I am not being cuddled, I still love being part of the family by following you around the house and spending time in the same room as you. I do not love being carried around, so it is recommended that I go to a family with no small children. I want a family who will provide a fuzzy blanket for me to sleep on and lots of love!

Adopt Me

Pansy is a curious and playful young spayed female cat with striking coloration. She was found in a ditch in Beaumont with her two kittens, one of which was unfortunately deceased. The other kitten survived and was adopted by a kind employee of the vet clinic where she was turned in. From the clinic, Pansy made her way to the pound and then to NASAP. Although Pansy is missing half her tail she is a beautiful cat and her agility is not the least bit affected by this. Pansy LOVES all people and she is very gentle with respectful small children. She likes to give little love licks from time to time to show you she appreciates it when you pet her. She still has some of those quirky kitten qualities of going from calm and docile one moment to playful and flamboyant the next. Pansy is not comfortable around other cats or dogs. She would be happiest as the only pet in a family home. Pansy would do just fine in an apartment or condo home. Pansy is a beautiful young cat looking for her forever home - she is sweet and goofy and will surely make you smile if you are the right home for her!
