Meow is a lovely cat whose previous owner recently passed away. She was taken in by a kind person that updated all her medical care and gave her a thorough grooming to remove some matting. She has now come to NASAP and is looking for her forever home. Because of the loss of her owner and all the recent changes in her life, she has taken a bit of time to settle in to foster care and she is now doing very well.
