Looking for the perfect lap cat? To-lu is just the cat for you. His foster home says he is the snuggliest cat they have ever met! He is absolutely gorgeous, with great big eyes, a lion mane, and a soft lovely coat. This young gentleman loves nothing more than to be getting brushed, cuddled and petted.
