Brutus

Brutus

Brutus has been in our home for over two weeks now.  In that time, he has proven to be one of the sweetest little dogs we have ever met!  He has been through many changes in the last little while from his stay at the pound, to a kennel environment, and then into his foster home.  He is so calm and easy-going, he took it all in stride and fits right in regardless of the situation.  He gets along great with other dogs and can often be found snuggling up with his foster sister.  Although a quieter home with no small children would be ideal for him, we have seen Brutus in the company of children many times and he loves the attention.  He would make the perfect lap dog, as he loves being held and brushed.  He follows you everywhere and his big brown eyes are always watching for your next move.  Brutus spends his nights curled up in his bed on the floor next to ours and sleeps there quietly.  He is always happy to see you first thing in the morning, running around and spinning circles on his hind legs.  It is enjoyable to take him for walks, as he never pulls on the leash and keeps a nice pace.  We have heard him bark only twice in the time that we have had him.  There truly is not a single negative thing to say about Brutus…he is a perfect little guy with lots of spunk and many good years left.  Brutus will be going to the vet tomorrow (August 6th) for his neuter and a thorough dental.  After his recovery he will be ready to make a lucky new family very happy.  He is an absolute pleasure to have around.

Any donations towards the cost of his vet bills would also be very gratefully received.   Thank you.
