Sumo

Sumo is a pug.     He is a sweet natured very friendly boy.    He is housetrained and gets along with everybody.    Sumo loves to go for walks or just sleep by your feet wherever you are relaxing.    He does not attempt to get on furniture.      This dog has obviously been somebody's beloved pet in the past but he ended up as a stray and now he needs our help to get back in shape and back feeling really well again.    His teeth need a major dental and that alone will make this guy feel a whole lot better.   He also needs to lose a whole lot of weight.

Sumo came into care yesterday.    This week he will see a vet and we will make plans for his treatment.

Update:  11 August.    Sumo has had 7 teeth removed today.   He is recuperating quietly in his foster home and is on pain medication.    Anyone who has ever had dental work done on their dog will know how expensive it is.    Please make a donation towards the cost of Sumo's painfree mouth if you can.   Thank you from Sumo and everyone at NASAP.
