Meet Sawyer. She was unclaimed from a local pound and spent almost a month there. She came to NASAP earlier in October and has been an amazing girl, growing in personality and opening up with her family. She fits in well with her foster home and although timid at first, she has grown into a very special girl. She is super sweet, loves cuddles and playing. She is house trained, leash trained and is learning a few new tricks. She is vaccinated, microchipped, groomed and will be spayed on October 30th. Sawyer will need a few days to recover after her surgery but she is very excited to find her FURever home. She listens very well and is eager to please. This cute "Little Miss" plays well with other dogs and is curious about cats but understands they are not so curious about her so she respects their space. She enjoys walks and being outside but, due to her size and our harsh winters, is an inside dog. She is very well behaved inside when left alone for extended periods.
