ADOPTION PENDING

Please Welcome Midnight to the NASAP family.

She came to NASAP a very sick girl. She was malnourished and very under weight. Her skin was dry and flaking, and her ears were extremely infected! She needed a few vet visits to get her health under control and lots of love and TLC. Her foster home has been amazing getting her socialized with other dogs and feeding her regularly so she doesnt have to guard her food. She is great with the cats in the home and is learning that other dogs are friends. She had a few baths to sooth her skin, but good food, medication, and regular feeding helped clear up her coat and skin!

She is good on her leash and likes to explore. She loves other dogs. She is energetic but has her down time as well. A home without small childrenwould be best for her age and energy.

She is very well mannered but still learning to take treats gently. Midnight has likely spent most of her life outdoors, and she does not like to be out when it is cold. When she was very new to us, she did have a bite incident in her foster home when they were trying to coax her outdoors. However, she has not shown any aggression or had any other incidents at all, and we believe this was a completely isolated incident. Midnight just wants to spend the rest of her days as an indoor dog, curled up under a nice warm blanket with you.

She is vaccinated, microchipped and is currently recovering from her spay surgery. She will be available for adoption Dec 1, 2017!

We can't wait to find a great home for her golden years!
